The controller of your personal data is INARI WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE TRAVELS AND TOURS S.A.C. ("INARI"), tax ID (RUC) 20614018951, with registered address at Construcción Civil E-2, Cusco, Peru.

We process your data in accordance with Peru's Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 29733) and its regulations.

Data we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:- Contact details: name, email address, phone number and country, when you fill in a form or write to us on WhatsApp or by email.
- Booking details: dates, chosen services, number of travelers and, when the service requires it, passport or ID number, nationality and date of birth, needed to issue entrance and train tickets.
- Information relevant to the service: details you choose to share, such as allergies or dietary restrictions, or health conditions that may affect your participation in an activity.
- Payment details: information about the amount and payment method used. Card details are processed directly by the payment platforms; INARI does not store them.
- Browsing data: technical and usage information about the website collected through cookies and Google Analytics.

How we use your data
We use your personal data to:- answer your enquiries and send you the information and quotes you request;
- manage your bookings, payments, changes and cancellations;
- buy entrance tickets, train tickets and other services in your name;
- coordinate the service with guides, transport companies and other providers;
- comply with our legal, accounting and tax obligations;
- analyze how the website is used in order to improve it.
We will only send you promotional communications if you consent, and you can withdraw your consent at any time.

Legal basis and consent
We process your data with your consent, which you give when you submit a form, write to us or make a booking, and when it is necessary to provide the service you book or to comply with legal obligations, in accordance with Law No. 29733 and its regulations.
You can withdraw your consent at any time, without retroactive effect, by writing to info@inariwonderfulexperience.com.

Who we share your data with
We only share your data when it is necessary to provide the service or comply with the law:- tourism providers that are part of your booking, such as railway operators, the entities that issue Machu Picchu and other site tickets, transport companies, hotels and guides;
- payment platforms and banks that process your payments;
- technology providers that supply our web hosting, email and analytics services, such as Google;
- public authorities, when required by law.
Some of these providers, such as Google, may store data on servers located outside Peru. In those cases, the cross-border transfer of data is carried out in accordance with Law No. 29733 and with providers that offer adequate levels of protection.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

Cookies and Google Analytics
Our website uses its own cookies, which are necessary for it to work, and Google Analytics cookies, a Google service that helps us understand how the site is used (pages visited, browsing time, device type and approximate location). This information is used in aggregate form and does not allow us to identify you directly.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or opt out of Google Analytics by installing Google's official opt-out browser add-on. Some features of the site may be affected.

How long we keep your data
We keep your data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described:- Enquiries without a booking: up to 12 months from the last contact.
- Booking and payment data: up to 5 years from the date of the service, to meet tax and accounting obligations and handle possible claims.
- Browsing data: according to the retention periods set in Google Analytics.
After these periods, we will securely delete or anonymize your data.

Security
We apply reasonable technical, organizational and legal measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss or alteration. Access to your information is limited to the staff and providers who need it to deliver the service.

Your rights
As the owner of your data, you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection (ARCO rights) at any time, as well as the other rights recognized by Law No. 29733.
To do so, write to info@inariwonderfulexperience.com stating your name, the right you wish to exercise and a copy of your ID document. We will reply within the timeframes established by the applicable regulations.
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can file a complaint with Peru's National Authority for Personal Data Protection, part of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights.

Data of minors
Our services are booked by adults. The data of minors traveling under a booking must be provided by their parent, legal guardian or responsible adult, who confirms they have the corresponding authorization.

Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy to reflect legal changes or changes to our services. The version in force will always be the one published on this page, with its update date.
