How do I book a tour?

Is hotel pickup included?
Most of our tours include pickup from hotels in Cusco's historic center. Check the "What's included" section of each tour for the exact details, and share your hotel name when you book.
When is the best time to visit Cusco and Machu Picchu?
The dry season, from May to October, brings clear skies and is the most popular time to travel. From November to March the landscapes are greener and there are fewer visitors. Our tours run all year round.
How can I prevent altitude sickness?
Cusco sits at about 3,400 m (11,150 ft) above sea level. Plan one or two easy days to acclimatize, drink plenty of water, eat light meals and try coca tea. If you have a medical condition, talk to your doctor before your trip.
Do I need to book Machu Picchu in advance?
Yes. Entry tickets to Machu Picchu are limited and sell out quickly, especially from May to October. We recommend booking several weeks ahead so we can secure your preferred date.
Can you organize a private or custom tour?

What should I pack for my tours?
Bring layers, a light rain jacket, sunscreen, a hat, comfortable walking shoes, a reusable water bottle and some cash in soles. Carry your original passport: it is required to enter Machu Picchu.
What happens if I need to cancel or change my booking?
